  • A single purchase each time. Nothing recurs and no card is kept.
  • 90 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked or blended away.

  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

This page sets out the terms on which VITALABS, INC. (EIN 58-1350556), trading as VITALABS INC, sells products through vitaboostlaboratory.com. Reading it is worthwhile: placing an order means accepting it. Where the words “we” or “us” appear below they mean VITALABS, INC..

1. When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Assay Line and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for VITALABS INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
  • How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
  • Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
  • Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 90 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to VITALABS, INC. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, VITALABS, INC. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Georgia. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

11. Certificates, retests and withdrawals

  • Every unit carries a lot number tied to a certificate of analysis. VITALABS, INC. supplies the full certificate, with every limit and result, on request at no charge.
  • A result on a certificate describes the batch as tested at release. It is not a statement about any person, and it is not a clinical finding.
  • Where a result falls outside its specification the batch is quarantined and destroyed. It is not reworked, and it is not blended into a lot that passes.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life plus one year. Where you have reason to doubt a figure, a retest from the retention sample is run at no charge to you.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
